Ramdhan Spintex started the Production in the Current Fiscal Year i.e. 2017-18 and within an half year achieved the desired target of Turnover, and continuously capturing the market presence. The Production plant is facilitated with the modern Machineries to turn the cotton into quality Yarn.

Every Manufactured Yarn at RAMDHAN SPINTEX Contains quality tested yarn and our Quality Control team follows and updates every innovation into the products by bringing out new ways and techniques to improvise product quality. We are providing yarn as per the requirement and quality as desired Specification by customers.

Our aim is to produce and supply high quality yarn produced from the best quality of cotton in fully automated plant. Currently the company is producing Open End Cotton Yarn, ranging from 6s to 30s; which is 100% Pure Cotton Quality. To produce the best quality yarn the company uses Shankar-6 Cotton only.

Quality Control

The company has all the necessary instruments to test the input & output;

i.e. Cotton Bale & Cotton Yarn. The lab equipments are fully computerized. We have the following machines in Q.C. Department

  • Premier HFT for cotton testing
  • Premier IQ 3 LX for yarn & sliver eveness testing.
  • Mag CSP tester for lea strength testing.
  • Mag trash analyser for cotton trash testing

All our below machineries are new and of cutting edge technology. Autocoro is imported and rest is the domestic machineries. The total production capacity is 5000 M.T. per annum of the plant.
